Fog rolls over the Golden Gate Bridge while traffic streams across the span an hour after her 75th anniversary party ended. The only noticeable remnant are the bright white lights lining Marine Drive and the Marina District.

The Grand Finale of the Golden Gate Bridge’s 75th anniversary was a spectacular 20 minute firework and laser light show that displayed the majesty of the iconic bridge and the city she stands for, San Francisco. I decided to walk all the way down to Kirby Cove to witness this amazing event. Surprisingly, there were not as many people down on the beach as there were up on the hills of the Marin Headlands.
